LnQ is reinventing radiology coverage by helping teams do more with less—unlocking capacity, easing burnout and improving coverage without adding staff or complexity.

LnQ is designed to help both radiologists and administrative teams work at their highest potential — delivering more, with less friction.
Maximum efficiency is essential to keeping patient care the top priority. LnQ is an award-winning platform that allows healthcare groups nationwide to turn internal availability into real-time, flexible coverage.

Welcome to LnQ
Built through the lens of a modern healthcare marketplace, LnQ helps radiology teams unlock hidden capacity within their existing network—offering a more efficient, cost-effective way to handle volume surges, meet turnaround time expectations and prevent backlogs.
With its shift-share model, LnQ enables radiologists to support one another, reduce burnout and optimize resources—without adding FTEs or relying on outside vendors. It streamlines internal workflows and puts coverage decisions fully in your hands.

Professional Radiologists When Needed.
More radiologists want to work remotely, on a more flexible schedule, and at pay rates they choose. Practices and facilities need more help. So we designed a marketplace that meets these needs with an award-winning new platform.
How It Works
Whether you are a radiologist looking to work on your own terms or a healthcare facility in need of extra support, it’s time to LnQ Up.
Request Help
A hospital, imaging center, or radiology group initiates a request through LnQ for additional reading support.
Match & Accept
Radiologists in the LnQ network receive the request and accept based on an RVU rate or flat fee.
Read & Report
The responding radiologist reads the exam and sends the finalized report back to the requesting facility.
Payment
Payments are tracked, processed and distributed to the radiologist.
